Olev has extensive record in extending both to companies and individuals services of the capital and investment industries. His experience includes management advisory services, equity and debt raising, successful participation in numerous complex transactions and active involvement in the following turnaround and value adding processes of the targeted companies.

Olev holds Diploma in Electronics from Tallinn University of Technology (1988).

Kadi has been involved in Cresco’s major deals and developing asset management framework. She is also an approved broker of the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Market.

Kadi received Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001. She holds cum laude Diploma in Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology (1997) and has studied in Bentley College (Waltham, MA, USA). She is a member of CFA Institute (www.cfainstitute.org).
